Privacy Policy

Sqitchr is a free digital business card service developed and operated by Tutomento Technologies Private Limited ("Tutomento"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

Account information — When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google's OAuth service. We do not store your Google password.

Profile information — You may voluntarily add a display name, job title / designation, about-me description, personal tags, and a profile photo.

Contact details — You may optionally provide a phone number, website URL, email address, and social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, GitHub, etc.) to show on your public card.

• To create and display your public digital business card.
• To authenticate you securely via Google Sign-In.
• To enable the "Save Contact" (vCard download) feature for anyone viewing your public profile.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
• We do not send promotional emails or newsletters.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers protected by industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Access to your data is controlled through strict security rules. Only you can modify your own profile; your public card data is readable by anyone with your profile link.

The information you choose to add to your digital card — name, designation, contact links, about text — is publicly accessible to anyone who has your profile link or scans your NFC card. Only add information you are comfortable sharing publicly.

You can update or remove any field at any time from the Edit page. Clearing a field removes it from your public card immediately.

We use the following third-party services that may set cookies or collect data under their own privacy policies:

• Google Sign-In — Authentication provider. See Google Privacy Policy.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at support@tutomento.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

Sqitchr is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
