Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sqitchr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Sqitchr is developed and operated by Tutomento Technologies Private Limited ("Tutomento"). These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

Sqitchr is a free digital business card platform. It allows you to create a personalised profile page containing your contact information and share it via a link or NFC card.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

You must sign in using a valid Google account to create and manage your digital card. By signing in, you authorise us to access basic account information (name, email, and profile picture) from Google as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including your name, designation, contact details, description, tags, and profile image ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant Tutomento a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You agree that you will NOT post User Content that:

• Is false, misleading, or impersonates another person.
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Contains harmful, abusive, obscene, or illegal material.
• Includes personal data of others without their consent.

Your profile page is publicly accessible to anyone who has your profile link. By adding information to your card you consent to that information being visible to the public.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you choose to display on your public card.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or accounts.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to harvest data from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service.

The Sqitchr name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of Tutomento. The Service's code, design, and interfaces are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tutomento and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because Sqitchr is a free service, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed INR ₹0.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us at support@tutomento.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
